• No Account: We do not create a user account for you and do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information unless you contact us directly for support.
• Photos: We temporarily process the photos you upload to train your AI model. Your original photos are deleted immediately after model training is complete. We only store the AI-generated headshots you create, so you can access, share, and download them within the app.
• AI Models: We store your trained AI models to enable headshot generation across different packs and styles.

We do not collect any unnecessary personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Train your AI model using the photos you upload. Original photos are deleted after training is complete.
• Generate AI headshots in various styles and packs based on your trained model.
• Store your AI-generated images securely so you can access them across sessions.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your AI-generated headshots and trained models are stored securely in our systems.

Your original uploaded photos are automatically deleted after your AI model training is complete. Only your AI-generated images are retained.

You can delete all stored data, including your AI models and generated images, from the in‑app settings. Once deleted, your data is permanently erased from our servers.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not upload or generate:

• NSFW or sexually explicit images
• Illegal or harmful content (including child exploitation material, copyrighted works you don't own, or hate content)
• Photos of other people without their explicit permission

We monitor for violations and may permanently suspend access for behavior that breaks these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto‑renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

• Premium Weekly: $7.99 for the first week, then $9.99/week thereafter. Includes up to 100 image generations per week and access to all packs.
• Premium Yearly: $44.99/year. Includes up to 100 image generations per week and access to all packs.
• Additional credits can be purchased separately if you exceed your weekly limit.

6. Consumption Data Shared with Apple

When you make in-app purchases, we may share limited data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple to assist in evaluating refund requests. This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content.

This sharing occurs only in the context of Apple's refund process and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your AI-generated images and models in the app.
• Delete your data at any time through the in‑app settings.
• Request information about what data we store by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

Headshot AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
