1. Service Description

Headshot AI is an AI-powered headshot generation service that allows you to create professional photos in various styles. You upload photos to train a personalized AI model, which is then used to generate headshots across different packs and themes.

2. Data and Security

We do not create a user account for you.

We temporarily process your uploaded photos to train your AI model. Your original photos are automatically deleted after model training is complete.

We store your AI-generated headshots and trained models so you can access them across sessions and generate new images.

You can delete all your data, including AI models and generated images, at any time in the app settings. Once deleted, related data is permanently removed from our systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• NSFW or sexually explicit
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity (including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech)
• Photos of other people without their explicit permission

You must have the legal right to use all photos you upload. By uploading photos, you confirm they are of yourself or you have obtained explicit permission from the person(s) in the photos.

We reserve the right to monitor uploaded content and permanently suspend access for violations of these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Headshot AI offers:

• Premium Weekly: $7.99 for the first week, then $9.99/week thereafter. This subscription allows you to create multiple AI models and generate up to 100 images weekly from any pack.
• Premium Yearly: $44.99/year. Includes the same benefits as Premium Weekly with up to 100 image generations per week and access to all packs.
• Additional credits can be purchased separately if you exceed your weekly generation limit.

Subscriptions are auto‑renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the computational costs associated with AI model training and image generation, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions or credit purchases once processing has begun.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us at hello@constantout.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

Headshot AI and its content (excluding user-uploaded photos and user-generated images) are owned by Constantin Gînga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

You retain ownership of the AI-generated headshots created through Headshot AI and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that similar images may be generated for other users using different source photos.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Headshot AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service, nor do we guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-generated images.

AI-generated images are created based on machine learning models and may not always meet your expectations. Results can vary based on the quality and variety of photos you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Headshot AI and Constantin Gînga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to unsatisfactory results, data loss, or decisions you make based on AI-generated images.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your data in settings or uninstalling the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
